EMROD
EMROD is pioneering the technology for commercially-viable long-range wireless power transfer. From deploying the first ever global energy grid in space to bringing critical power to remote ground locations, the system would transmit large amounts of energy over long distances, no wires needed.

Brand
Wanting the photography to be the main source of color, the neon-bright colors shown below are used very sparingly on the website and in collateral, many being screen-only.
I also advised and made a small tweak to the existing EMROD logo: Make the lightning bolt ever so slightly larger within the “O.”
Website
The owner and CEO wanted to feel like other modern, disruptive brands today. We (Shanna Gerlach and I) recommended lots of photography, a modern sans serif, and a restrained color palette.
New WEM (Worldwide Energy Matrix) logomark created based on existing logo.
Photo Editing
EMROD provided us a few renders of the relay towers. I chose photos of remote settings to place the towers in, and adjusted the lighting using Photoshop brushes and blend modes.
