Hello there!

I’m Damaris Alfonso, an Austin-based graphic designer.

I am willing to take on any design challenge, but I particularly enjoy branding work, illustration, and pushing around pixels in a website mockup. I also dabble in copywriting whenever someone gives me an inch. Lorem ipsum just isn't enough sometimes!

After Effects is my in-progress conquest, and Figma has quickly become my second-favorite program. None will ever unseat Illustrator, but Procreate is tempting me.

I'm very much a people-person. I have a huge list of nerdy podcasts I try to keep up with, and you can count on me to be the one warming up the mic at karaoke night. My shelves are full of vinyl figures, old packaging, Field Notes, and books. And I occasionally blog about creative stuff. Currently I live and work in my hometown.

Thanks for checking out my work!

Worked With

Like Antiques?

My parents instilled in me a love for all things old and/or rusty, so I’m regularly out in town looking for cool stuff. I capture some of the pretty things I see on my thrifting and antiquing trips since I can’t take it all home.

Sometimes there’s one little detail in a piece of old packaging, or a pottery decal I particularly love, or an item I want to research further when I get home. It also operates as a source of inspiration to look back on.
