Event Stickers
Each year at a local festival my artistic contribution is a custom illustrated sticker to commemorate. I give it away to other attendees. It’s also a chance for me to try out new illustration tools and techniques, and push outside of my comfort zone.
2024
A silly reference to Reddi-wip (and Devo). If you’re curious, no, I do not partake. I prefer to lose my braincells by not getting enough sleep.

Mare Internum
A character from the completed sci-fi webcomic Mare Internum. To read more about the process and symbolism behind this animation, check out the writeup on my blog.
Bug Illustrations
This personal project began as a test drive and exploration of the line-only polygon style of illustration.
I felt the almost-exact symmetry that an insect has lends itself particularly well to this style. Also, bugs are pretty rad-looking (… as long as they're not touching me).
Wedding Announcement
After experimenting with the style in the insect series above, I created this wedding announcement illustration for my brother and his fiancée.
Both are native Texans, so I used native wildflowers for the garland in their wedding colors (of course). I chose to have my brother depicted in mostly angular, straight lines, while using curves for his fiancée.
