Gillespie Outdoor Equipment is an Authorized Hustler Dealer that we worked with in 2016, because of our connection and work for Hustler Turf. Creative Director: David Ciccocioppo
I collaborated with the lead designer to design a new website for Gillespie. I assisted with the Homepage design (menu, rotator, and footer areas), designed many interior pages, and—given raw copy from the company owner—rewrote the copy for the About page. I also worked with the account manager to populate the website with content; Gillespie had quite a range of products to get online.

Working within the existing identity of Hustler Turf's recently redesigned website, I created webpage mockups for a new Find a Retailer page. I was directed to keep it as simple and straight-forward as possible. This project included UX direction for the developer, detailed below.
Start screen. To start the process, you have to enter your country first. The ZIP field appears when you select United States. If you chose a country aside from the USA, it basically skips to a version of screen three (below). You have to complete each step in order, otherwise the next fields/menus remain inactive.
Second screen. "BUY" and "SERVICE" buttons have different dropdown menus appear below after one is selected. The "FIND NOW" button does not appear until you have made selections on the previous dropdown menus.
Final screen. Elite Dealers stand out from the chain stores (e.g. Lowe's) with an ELITE emblem to the right of the address container. The activated location marker turns yellow in both the map and in the list when clicked in either area.
Working within the recently redesigned Hustler identity, I redesigned the look of their newsroom blog.

Here's a small series of icons I created for internal (non-public facing) Hustler collateral.
I participated in Austin's Createathon 2014, a 24-hour design charity event. Our group's client was Colin's Hope, a non-profit whose mission is to raise water safety awareness. I was specifically tasked with redesigning the website, and creating new iconography to help communicate the 3 Layers of Water Safety. I also collaborated on other assets for the website: Content selection, web flow, copywriting, etc.

Complete web redesign in 2013 for Hyperwear, a local fitness goods retailer. Hyperwear needed a sleek design and site layout, driven by other sporting goods giants in the industry. Many of the resources available on the site were buried in the menu. Ways in which to use their products were made to have equal footing with the products and shopping experience. This resulted in potential shoppers being exposed to a wider selection of products for purchase.
I wrote the “It’s time to get to work.” headline as placeholder text, and the client decided to keep it.

Complete web redesign in 2013 for The Laundry Alternative, a green, low-energy and environmentally friendly laundry product retailer. We made the online presence of the brand much more approachable and friendly to the consumer. The redesign streamlined the menu and buying process, emphasized the monetary and environmental benefits of the product line, and called attention to their media coverage. A mascot (a deer named "Barty"), custom illustrations, and original icons were created for the site.

Logo and microsite design for Devan McClelland: Image Consulting, a freelance personal style consultant. I put her work front-and-center, and composed a large, obvious list of types of fashion consulting that she does, so it's extremely clear what she can do for her clients.
